Yes, we believe the Acme Example T-Shirt fits true to size, as it's made from pre-shrunk cotton. We recommend washing it inside out in cold water on a gentle cycle. Tumble dry on low or hang it to dry to keep the "Lithograph - 9" x 12"" design looking its best and prevent further shrinking. Since it's a used item, this will also help to gently clean the shirt.
