Yes, it's used, but don't worry! We carefully inspect each shirt. While it has been worn, the 9" x 12" design is still intact. Since it is pre-shrunk cotton, you can expect the same comfortable fit as a new shirt. We're happy to provide more photos of the exact shirt upon request. Just contact us!
